And I deliver to you my new web page currently under the guise of my old web page, now residing at www.cleverninja.com. It's full of old content. And "full" may be an overstatement, but I figured I would throw it out there and you could browse at your leisure.

Sven, my original idea was to place this character in the world, and let you do with him what you will, but I thought we could do something a little different. I thought we could do a back and forth type thing. Write a paragraph or two, then let the other take over.
It has been eight years since the proposal by Ed and Jack to make stuffed cows for Ericson's Stuffed Stuff. The company has done well, hitting sales goals for the 10th straight year and becoming a major player in the stuffed animal market. Seated behind a large desk scattered with reports and preposals, John picked up the picture of him standing behind his 16 year old son Tom, whose brand new black Lexus stood behind both of them. John leaned back in his leather chair, and looked at his son's face. It seems like just yesterday, John thought, that he totaled that car behind the high school. John thought back to Tom's graduation from high school, then from college.
John put the picture in his briefcase next to the picture of his grandpa holding an offended cow in a headlock. He smiled, and remembered those good days on the farm. He remembered rounding up the cows under the hot sun, and the cool glass of Pepsi with three cubes that meant he could call it a day.
There was a knock at the door, and Tom walked in. Without a word between them, John stood, walked around the desk, and gave his son a hug. "I know you'll do me proud, son."
"I'll give it my all," said Tom, taken aback by this sudden show of emotion.
"And then some," Tom and John said together, smiling.
"Well, there's your desk son. Treat it well, and it'll do the same for you."
"I know Dad, I know." Tom walked across the room toward the desk, and stared at the chair he was forbidden from sitting in, until now. He looked back at his dad, whose face was red, and his lips slightly trembling. John nodded to his son, who slowly sat at the helm. Tom leaned back in the leather chair, and spun toward his dad, then toward the window. He looked out from the second story window to the parking lot below, full of pride. It took so long for him to earn this day, and finally it had come.
John walked over to his son, placed his hand on his shoulder, and said, "If you need anything, you know where to find me."

four more vintage stories are up: CD Central.
It is an odd feeling cleaning up the rough edges of the stories. I just keep wondering how much better it reads with the fixes I do. I think for the really old ones I'll have a fixed version and a crap version. I guess the fixed version will also cure the humor I used to use. It will be an undertaking.

And while I'm trying to figure out where the best place will be to post all of my CM/CD related art, I'm noticing that LJ has a scrapbook picture page where you can make galleries and other such tom foolery. Should we keep things localized to LJ, or should we just wait until we decide on a definitive name, get a url, and then we can jointly post things there? As far as text communication, I don't think we could get more ideal than LJ at the moment, but on the actual page it will be an inconvenience if we have to dump everything on say, steven in order to get it uploaded and posted. The reason I bring it up is that we've already got concept art on two different pages, and it would be most ideal to keep it centralized. I suppose in a way LJ helps to keep us looking to the same place for updates, but it's something we'll have to hammer out eventually.
